Pump and Pressure System

After the well is complete the drill crew will pull off the job-site and the hookup crew comes in. At that time they will trench the water line and wire for the pump from the house to the well. Then they weld a pit-less adapter to the side of the well about six feet deep, to keep it from freezing.

After that they will backfill the trench and set the pump and pressure tank. Once the system is installed and running, we will take a safe water sample. That sample is sent to a lab and tested for coliform bacteria. We will then mail the results to you along with the well report.

Hedberg Well Drilling offers a variety of different pressure systems. We try to size the system to what the house calls for.

  1. Standard System – 202 tank with 12 gpm pump.
  2. Space savers/crawl spaces – 102 tank with cycle stop, 12 gpm pump.
  3. Constant pressure 104 tank with 12-22 gpm pump.

**Warranty – 5 years parts and labor on pumps and pressure tanks.**
